This is a tale of a small island in the south pacific that most people of today and even the nearby islanders is still searching for it, and for an unmarried man this is like a dream.
Burotukula the name of the mystery island is located in Fiji. Tale of this island is being over heard in many parts of the world and people pay visit to see the glimpse of this beautiful island.
The island its self holds some of the most beautiful women in the world. The island is surrounded by beautiful flowers and gives out different scent that attracts people. Everything on this island is surrounded with beauty and the sand surrounded the island is like crystal .They said that in the olden days Burotukula was just a normal island that was near the island of Matuku.
The story tells of a young man who went out fishing and got lost, he waded through the night and felt asleep in his canoe. When he woke up he found himself surrounded by beautiful women who he never see in his own life. Then he saw a woman approaching him and he felt love at first sight but when he turns around he finds another woman that is more beautiful than the first one he saw. Every woman he saw sells their beauty to him and for him to decide which one to pick was hard because they were all beautiful. While wondering around the island he was approach by the most beautiful woman in island and she told him not to sleep because they will disappear and he will never find them again.
He then decided for himself that he takes a small nap, he didn’t realised that this was the last time he saw the beautiful island. While he felt asleep the young woman of the island brought him back to his island of Matuku and left on the beach. The young man woke up in his village surrounded with beautiful flowers, he was so pissed off with what had happened. He ran and told the young man in his village about the island they were thrilled with his story, and from then on even man went out fishing alone trying and searching for the mystery island but they all came back with nothing to tell. From then until now the story haunted the village, trying to piece together what made Burotukula disappear.
Today the island of Burotukula can only be seen in the morning when the island is fogy and at sunset showing the shadow of the island when the sun goes down. In the morning if you go down the beach you will still find beautiful flowers on the shore and people say that it came from Burotukula.
